Before you answer, let me hit you with another query…anyone else wake up in the morning and your hands are completely numb?

Not just my hands either. Sometimes a leg, sometimes both legs, sometimes an arm, and sometimes my head – which is one of the weirder things to have go numb on ya – but this waking up with certain sections of the body being numb has been going on all my life, so I don’t really give it much thought these days. Was scary as shit when I was a kid sure, especially on those days that started with me waking from sleep only to discover that my arms or legs wouldn’t work at all, and I had to roll out of bed onto the floor with a thud in order to get my day started. But now I’ve accepted being numb as just being a part of me and what is normal for me personally.

But what I am thinking about here with respect to “old/new” is topicality and/or being topical. Anything that I write about probably needs to be somewhat current in order for you to have any sort of interest in reading what it is that I am chasing. So to start off with on the topic of “perception”, let’s lay some groundwork by me passing along to you a video that was just passed along to me.

For this exercise, we’ll be heading over to The Pentagon, and see what was supposedly cooking with The US Department of Defense and their contractors back in 2005…a shade over 14 years ago. Supposedly, some someone developed some something called FUNVAX, and I submit for your consideration, the video below.

Any perceptions on that? Sounds pretty sinister to me. Scary even. But let me qualify my statement by saying that by 0:16 into the video, I was already skeptical as fuck. Nothing about this video seems genuine. Not to mention that what was described in the video sounds like the entire premise for the movie Serenity, which I’m pretty sure came out around the same time this video is said to have been made.

But let me go ahead and tell you what my immediate perception on this video was…internal governmental training film. A film made by the government for their own internal use. A training film. Show this film to employees, see what they think of it. It’d be a great way to demonstrate what “your government” does/does not participate in. Teach your employees how to tame their own passions on a path to establishing the validity of a certain something.

FUNVAX? FUNVAX where “FUN” = Fundamental?

Gimme a break

The name itself screams “govern your passions”. But here is what I did after I watched the video and established that 1) it’s “fake”, and 2) it was likely created as some kind of training film. The look of the film also has an air of “student film project”:

• The fact that it jumps into the lecture in progress?
• The fact that the on-screen encoding is either fucking HUGE and/or shoved into the screen center?
• The fact that the room is damn near empty + all male + the room itself looks like a college lecture room + looks like a coupla security guards are attending?
• The fact that the presenter is interrupted at the start of the video and also several times after in a video that is barely over 4 minutes long?
• The fact that the speaker doesn’t seem to know what in the hell they are talking about?

I could go on listing things that I saw wrong with this video, but I’ll go ahead and suggest that we look up FUNVAX instead. The second Google search result caught my eye immediately….

Snopes

Fuckin-A…even the Snopes article references the Serenity movie, and Snopes appears to have gotten their hands on this FUNVAX back in 2015. That’s a full 10 years after this FUNVAX was supposedly developed.

Let me tell you something else that caught my eye upon being given this video to watch. It was posted to YouTube on May 3rd of 2019 which was last Friday. I viewed it late Monday night, the video only had about 300 views at that time, today is Wednesday May 8th, and the video at 11:42 am has 3,124 views + 315 likes, 2 dislikes, and 138 comments. So what I’m doing at this point is a search on YouTube to see how popular “FUNVAX” is on YouTube itself, and fuck yeah…

Here’s the thing with stuff like this…any “vaccine” like this is going to require an antidote of some kind. But not even an antidote, a blocker. Some something that makes it not work in the first place. An inoculation. A vaccination vaccine…if you will.

You can’t spray some aerosol something everywhere without risking you yourself getting a faceful of the goop you’re spraying. And since you yourself are one of the converted, and you are having your own religious experience by joining the side of good to fight evil, if you are exposed to this FUNVAX crap, you won’t fight anymore. In this case, “the blocker” would be the natural state of the system and the brain, so countermeasures would (to me anyway) seem to be impossible. This parity type bit they are talking about in the video that exists in the genetic code? I’d imagine makes for a discriminator in this area of the brain which they are talking about requires in order to function properly. It sounds as though what is being described is basically taking a binary system and changing the I/O to a permanent unary state. Before being exposed to “FUNVAX”, you could or could not have “religious experiences”, this area of the brain discriminates as to whether you are/are not having a religious experience, and after exposure to this “vaccine” you cannot have religious experiences by removing the “am” variable.

So yeah, if you who have developed and deployed this weapon become exposed to it yourself, there will be no victory celebrations because any desire for elation will be nullified as no state of euphoria can exist. Remember we are talking abstracts here, so you’d likely need to be aware of secondary types of input to know whether you’d won or lost. But here’s another twist to consider with respect to why a blocker of some kind is improbable. If those who previously identified as being an “am/am not” type of experiencer are flipped to a permanent “am not” state, it is likely that there would be “a naturally occurring” reaction in those not exposed to the vaccine which would flip their own discriminators to set a permanent “am” bit.

If something bad got in there before permanently turning it on, or worse, nothing got in there? Man…a permanent bad religious experience, or a permanent religious experience with no meaning?

If the viewer notices the encoding, they are likely to actually read the encoding, and if they read the encoding, they are likely going to see the thought that went into the encoding that is displayed…

It gets the viewer to start asking questions, and the encoding will provide the answers, all while the viewer basically ignores what is actually transpiring onscreen in the presentation. Built-in countermeasures…

Diversions, distractions, anything and everything to get you to watch that short video over and over again, recommend it to your friends, stuff like that. I dunno, maybe I’m wrong on that. Just not real sure why the DoD would make a “pent” distinction with respect to the largest office building in the world when the lettering/numbering of the rings/rooms is just as easy. Plus it’s likely that each and every room would have at least two numberings, internal and external, and there’s likely to be other shenanigans too. Lastly I’d think that most encoding would be hidden for a number of reasons.

You may not have worked in the government, but I have. Much of what is done is really pretty shocking/jarring until you figure out why things are done that way. Like inverting the rings of The Pentagon for internal use, or perhaps even transposing them on a cyclical basis. Not saying this is what they do, just saying that a lot of the cat and mouse type of stuff has some pretty good reasoning behind it. Suffolk Country may have community standards about certain sexual activities that Cass County does not have, and the Suffolk County District Attorney may have their eyes on prosecuting a case that gets them in the running for a Federal posting…

Some time back, I saw a story about Great Britain asking the USA for permission to serve warrants within US territories. I can’t find the article, but I seem to recall this request centered around finance. Maybe it was The UK was asking permission to serve eviction notices? Can’t remember, but I picked up on it seemed to be a probing type maneuver to see what power banks had and with whom, which meant that there was a power that someone wanted, and they needed to see how to get it.

It struck me that if the banks could wrangle a way to do this and basically circumvent US law (which includes state, county and local laws as well as federal), that foreign governments would likely want to use this as an avenue for diplomacy. Meaning, a way to keep foreign influence(s), we’ll say, from impacting local standards.

Miguel wants to get his hands around the neck of this dude that is virtual fucking his wife from America, but can’t unless he travels there, and now he’s just going to wind up in American prison for assault or murder or conspiracy to commit bodily harm or whatever.
