The ideology was coined as ‘The Third Way’ by Tony Blair, leader of NewLabour. It was not the Socialism of the Labour/Left or Free Market Capitalism on the Conservative/Right, but a middle way that incorporated both. Totalitarianism, basically. That was the goal and if that could be achieved by the end of the Fourth Turning (circa 2030), it would provide the foundation for how the next 80-100 years would unfurl…
