Re: Visit Of Row Lure Co-Stirs And Infinite Sixes, Ones and Sevens...

That was going to be the name of this post. You’ve only begun, the post is now finished, and I’ve decided to send it over to Roob so that she can do whatever she want’s with it instead of me posting it on my blog. Read-on reader. Will maybe explain more later.

Maybe

Wait…is there even anything more to explain? I guess I could mention that I inadvertently/accidentally published this very post on my own blog the other day whilst working on it. Got in a rush, hit the wrong button, and suddenly, the whole unformatted mess has gone public. Instead of my work being finished, I just created myself a shitload more work. Hadn’t started the backup yet, so now, gotta quickly create a backup, delete the post, and do all of this bullshit in short fucking order without losing anything and/or everything. As a result of that calamitous occurrence, and a few other factors, what was there, then gone, then there, is again gone from there, and is now here.

Clear?

Post (my part anyway)…

starts (again)…

!!! HELLO DIMWIT !!!

(S)

I can see your face(s) now.

You’ve a look of “Did that Okie fucker just call me a dimwit?!?!?”

Call us dimwits?

Actually, I'm the dimwit

Started a post, didn’t finish it when I started it, got lost on a roller coaster tycoon. Like…not the game “RollerCoaster Tycoon®” …an actual, honest to God roller coaster tycoon.

There are such people
^Carly Rae Jepsen – Too Much [Official Music Video]^

If you read the previous post, you will already know that I got lost on an interview with Alan Shilke. He said something during an interview that kinda blew me away. ‘Tis unfortunate that when I tried to pick the writing back up, I couldn’t remember what it was. It was profound tho. To me it was anyway. A contextual profundity that made a whole lotta stuff make a whole lotta sense. Then I went and forgot what it was.

FEAR NOT o’ye seekers, travelers and voyagers of all kinds. RooBeeDoo has suggested that we watch the videos together and see if we can find this missing link. Me, Roob, Alan Shilke, and some roller coaster enthusiasts that are interviewing him. Wanna come along for the ride?

^Geri – Ride It^

First things first.

DARK = Dark "Type A"

LIGHT = Dark "Type B"

From a purely sight perspective, an all encompassing of either is going to be blinding via a different mode. So let’s turn to our ears. Sure, an all-light environment is going to be blinding, but what about sound? Can you hear? All that light is prolly gonna make things a little warm, so what about touch? Can you feel? All that heat is likely to start cooking you, so what about smell? Can you smell? I’m sure you smell delicious, so what about taste? Can you taste?

You can add similar there for an all-dark environment and wander around in those thoughts too if you want, but I’m still thinking on that “creation rethink” that I wrote for yesterday’s post. I was just brainstorming as I wrote that, and I got to thinking about the concept of needing to address certain things from the previous day on the following day. Meaning, it didn’t make sense to me to add them on the day that they were actually created. Certain things had to be created first, then they could seep into and propagate down the line. I have the advantage of looking backwards, so the forwards can make a little more sense. Like my addition of the somewhat antediluvian-ish concept of adding a “Day 0” to the mix. Another was creation of relative time prior to the creation of time itself, then further convolution and clarification of linear time(s) and non-linear time(s) as we went. I didn’t intend to create an hourglass type shape, but it kinda happened that way.

Dygruss

Anyway, it got me to thinking about seeing events from various sides of the event(s), and got me to thinking about the contextual light/darkness and the relative positioning required to discern one from another. A Venn diagram or Vesica Piscis might help with respect to visualizing the light/dark concepts, but only if they are in your field of view.

Q: If you are encapsulated in an all-light environment, but darkness exists elsewhere, can you see it?

A: Is there any way to detect an isolated and outside darkness in an all-light environment

I must know.

I derpmands answers!

GIVE THEM TO ME!

^Carly Rae Jepsen – The Sound (Live In Lapland, Finland)^

I realize that God said nothing about “the Meh”. Or, whoever wrote that story about God’s shenanigans doesn’t say anything about “the Meh”. Says nothing in the Bible about “God created the Light, God created the Dark, God created the Meh. Meh being that grey area right there in the muddle. But we ourselves are kinda in a grey area; we’re chasing light matter, we’re chasing dark matter, we’re chasing “why does this shit matter” matter…

all kinds of matter matters

I get the feeling that Science has long held that you can’t create “darkness”, because “darkness” is simply the absence of light. Welp, I also get the feeling that some in science might just be rethinking that one. Rethinking their thinking. There appear to be great big boiling pots of darkness out there in the Universe, and someone I know has pondered 8 levels of darkness “past dark”. Not gonna name any names, but once you get to 6, 7 & 8 are quite terrifying to imagine, so this unnamed individual stopped at 6, gave 7 a once-over, got a glimpse of 8 and instantly bailed.

If I lost you there, a theoretical realm of “dark past dark”. Like, once you’ve removed all light, and all is darkness, there’s deeper to go. 8 rings to be exact-ish. No idea tho. Like I said, everything past “0” was pretty horrifying to imagine, and I had to stop at 6 because 7 was almost incomprehensible. Actually it was incomprehensible. Just difficult to track how things moved…why things moved as they did…how “something(s)” were even detectable in this/these nothing(s)…what these nothings were…what forces were creating these nothings and how, etc..

Digress

You wanna know how it’s possible to get darker than dark? Welp, in retrospect, it’s pretty easy. Just imagine being in environment where it is as dark as it can possibly get. Once you’ve established “yep, can’t get no darker than this”it does. Maybe think about the sun setting, and how it slowly gets dark until eventually it can’t get any darker. Now imagine that once you’ve reached that “can’t get no darker” point, somehow, it gets darker.

I would suggest that maybe you try and picture a night where it’s gotten as dark as it can get, then some clouds and/or fog rolls in and covers the sky/stars which causes it to get even darker. But we in our modern world can’t really do that. When clouds roll in these days, it gets lighter because the artificial lighting we’ve created reflects and refracts off the clouds/fog and we get that “nite lite” kind of glow. High clouds are a bit different usually, but the moon can change that. Using the moon and its phases/position is also a good tool for experiencing/contemplating just how “dark” a darkness really is.

Have fun
^Katy Perry – The One That Got Away (Official)^

Got a query for you ponder…

Q: Once light and dark have been separated, how do you get these two back together?

A: ¿?¿

I guess it’ll all come out in the wash.

Lightwater Valley. What are the chances of me stumbling across a theme park I’ve never heard of called Lightwater Valley, when trying my damnedest to write about roller coasters?!

But I’m still stumbling around in the dark.

And stumbling around in the light.

And stumbling around in the meh.

Lightwater Valley

They have what is now “the world’s second longest roller coaster”. It’s in the UK, was built by a railway company, called “The Ultimate”, and it appears to be, timewise, a damn long coaster. Wanna take it for a spin?

NOTE: This fucker has the longest damn coaster trains I’ve ever seen. Would take forever to ride the ride in every seat.

Would be a fun challenge tho
^The Ultimate Front Row Duo POV HD GoPro^

Typically, I’m watching a video and trying to focus on the content contained in the audio. If there is a video portion, I may be somewhat focusing on that, but it kinda depends. In this case, I was kinda watching the video, listening fairly intently to the audio, and letting my mind wander whilst listening to what is being said. Probably drifting from this to that, anything and everything from soda fountains and pay grades, to intercontinental particle accelerators and gamma ray bursts. Oh, and women.

Prolly pondering women

So at 07:31 into the video, when Schilke says…

“Structure’s the limit. The track can span, and the structure is the limit.”

…my head popped.

^Coldplay – Paradise (Official Video)^

Any idea what that means? To you.

“Structure’s the limit. The track can span, and the structure is the limit.”

When thinking about “structure” and “structures”, what pops into your head? In this context, we’ve got a designer/engineer of roller coasters, and his current primary job is to take existing roller coasters, and utilize the existing structure(s) to make a new roller coaster. Well, basically a new coaster. Yeah, a totally new coaster, using the existing structure. A new ride built within the existing framework(s) of an old ride. But when you personally think think structure(s), what do you think?

Steel?
Cement?
Wood?
Stone?
Plastic?
Water?
Air?
Electricity?
Heat?
CO2?
Body odor?

Gregariousness?

Hate?

Dreams?

Foot fungus?

Natural gas?

Orgasms?

Jacketed metal bullets?

Shock?

Trauma?

See how I drifted there? More solid, to less solid, to less tangible of the more or less tangible varieties. Just curious as to what “structure” really is. Is structure…contextual?

 Are structures...contextual?

Electricity itself may not be that much of a structure/not real tangible, but the structure(s) that deliver it to our homes is/are pretty fucking solid. Not to mention that a lightning bolt is also pretty goddamn solid.

Sorta

In Schilke’s case, he’s basically saying that there in no limit to what the track can do. No length the track itself cannot span. No limit to the path, but there is a limit to the pathway. The existing roller coaster is gonna have an existing structure, and that existing structure is going to be sitting on an existing footprint. I just threw a new variable at you.

Footprint

Footprint (Disambiguation)

Ichnite

Not only are you limited by the existing coaster structure, you’re also limited as to any change you can make to it because of the ground that the structure sits on.

Q: What ground(s) does/do your structure(s) sit on?

A: ???¿

Just wondering how receptive/non-receptive you might be to new ideas coming in to completely change your favorite ride. I dunno, your feet might be set in stone. Maybe not.

X: You’re bothered by your performance on the Kobayashi Maru.

Cade: I don’t know that I’d ever be in a position to take the Kobayashi Maru test.

X: You’re bothered by something. You feel there’s no way to win.

Z: I cannot help but agree.

0: Can we get a trifecta?

A: You’ve got your trifecta. Now, what’s the problem Cade?

Cade: There was something else that Schilke said during the course of one of those interviews that jarred me.

B: You were jarred twice in the same video?

Cade: Yes. He said something somewhere that was rather blasé and insignificant. Almost in passing.

X: But you can’t remember what it was.

Cade: I watched both videos with Roob, and have watched them both again and again. Whatever it was is gone.

0: You do realize that you watched more than just those two videos.

Cade: I realize that, but pretty sure it was in one of those two.

0: Yet you cannot find what you are looking for. Any chance you are wrong?

Cade: The evidence certainly seems to be pointing in that direction.

T: Is the evidence ever pointing away from that direction?

Cade: Meaning, am I ever right?

T: Correct.

Cade: Dunno about either of those.

T: You think that outside opinion is what establishes right/wrong or correct/incorrect?

Cade: Dunno about establishing, but certainly a degree of confirmation.

T: And what if this outside confirmation is incorrect?

Cade: Like, correct application of an incorrect assumption?

T: You wrestled with that word “assumption”. Any idea as to why?

Cade: I’m trying to keep my mind hanging on to the possibility that I need to go back and rewatch all of the Alan Schilke interviews, and do so whilst simultaneously entertaining new ideas.

X: It’s easy to get lost.

A: You don’t let me talk much.

Cade: You don’t talk much. In fact, you never talk. If you were wind in the dark with the volume turned all the way down? That’d be you.

A: Meaning?

Cade: You aren’t sound. You’re kinda like touch or “a” touch. A vibe.

A: That doesn’t mean you can’t let me speak.

Cade: If this is an attempt to lead my mind back to that point of contention/confusion, it ain’t working.

Z: Maybe you just haven’t walked far enough yet.

Cade: More feet and paths.

Z: More feet and paths.

0: You’re doing it again.

Cade: Letting my mind wander? Yep. You ain’t wrong.

X: So where did this start?

Cade: Me being bothered that I cannot remember what else Schilke said that jarred me so much.

X: Something about rest? Or maybe living in the moment?

Cade: Not directly, but it seems like it was something to that effect. Almost passé tho. Like, it happened, isn’t happening, looking forward to it happening again.

X: God Think.

Cade: Yeah. It was some kind of god-like thought. Got me to thinking about God only getting 7 days to do their thing, and that was all the time they ever got. Inspired me to write a post or three.

A: All the time they ever got.

Z: All the time they were ever going to get.

X: All the time that ever was.

Cade: Yeah…something like that. Seven days, and out. Zero, to seven, to zero.

T: How long you think that actually was?

Cade: I dunno. Time is dismissive and/or dismissible in most people’s lives for me to even attempt to elaborate.

0: Lazy?

Cade: Somewhat. Here and now? Sure…somewhat lazy. But to be fair, I don’t really know where to go that I haven’t already been.

X: And what does where you’ve been have to do with anyone taking the time to read this?

Cade: Good question. Primary on my mind is the length of this current convo.

X: And “length” is kinda where this all started.

Cade: Yes, the length of the track.

A: Length of the pathway.

Cade: You can get creative within the right structure(s).

A: Is length what it’s about?

Cade: Depends on the records you chase.

A: You wanted to do a Random Wikipedia Attack too, didn’t you?

Cade: I did. Not gonna.

A: And Morgellons?

Cade: My feet are a mess.

A: And hands?

Cade: They’re on my mind.

A: You think it possible that the “structure’s the limit/the track can span” actually was the thing that jarred you, and because of where your mind was, you are thinking that he said something else somewhere in the video that related?

Cade: It’s possible. I was thinking about the seven days of creation, the framework and structure of that time, and the pathways and time(s) that were contained within creation.

A: At that time.

Cade: Yes. At the time of creation, the time that was created, and the times contained within that time.

A: And the time and times outside of that creation and those creations?

Cade: Yes. Lots of observers created, and they’re viewing a shitload of creations over a shitload of times.

A: Outwards introspection?

Cade: Or inwards outrospection.

A: The ride looks different from the outside than it does from the inside.

Cade: Many methods and modes for “riding the ride”, as it were.

A: Scalar?

Cade: Sure. I guess it depends on the experience you want to have + where you want to have it + how you want to have it + any other considerations that you care to take into account.

A: Flow.

Cade: Godzilla prolly couldn’t ride a roller coaster, but they could sure as shit turn one into rubble.

A: Same ride, different rides for different riders.

Cade: Could ignore it completely.

A: That’s an option.

Cade: …

I think it’s about time we wind this lengthy fucker down…eh?

Kinda weird stumbling across that image. Just the other day I was working on my own “two-fold and cross” method. Meaning, the method for folding the paper prior to contact with the soiled crack.

Six to eight sheets

join ends of entire length

join ends of entire length a second time

join two corners at 45° angle.

This gives enough coverage + enough padding without risk of breakthrough. Best part, is that with this configuration, you can wipe/fold, wipe/fold, wipe/dispose. Usually at least three good wipes out of 8 sheets, and it folds nice so there’s little risk of….trauma.

The resulting wad of soiled paper that goes in the toilet can be thick tho. If you just had chili or curry, and you have to use multiple wads, a flush might be in order. A clogged toilet when you’ve got runny poops almost seems to go against nature. And it could get messy quick if you don’t have a plunger handy.

That defeats the purpose of attempting to be efficient with the paper
^Fergal Freeman / Call of the Mystic (Enchanted Mix)^

Another pro-toilet tip?

Never mix fluids/discharge(s)

Like, never blow your nose with toilet paper whilst shitting. You may get confused as to which end has been wiped, and which has not. Would suck to wipe your ass then blow your nose with the same paper because you were multitasking. Not everything “efficient” is worth the risk.

You spend most of your time in a rectangular room. You’re surrounded by rectangular walls with rectangular doors and rectangular windows, and you move upon and about a rectangular floor, with a rectangular roof above you. Your brain is likely to get somewhat accustomed to processing rectangular geometric information(s). When you venture away from that environment, your being is likely to be somewhat flooded with all kinds of new and interesting stuff.

Q: What if you are blind? Deaf?

A: Gotta get you away from those eyes of yours

Not permanently, just a temporary vacation. Your ears are likely to process a good deal of spacial information. Gonna be kind of a passive thing, but density, distance and relative position is also going to be processed by those big-assed ears of yours. Yes, your ears are fucking huge.

Sorry, someone had to tell you, so it may as well be me

Anyway, the topic of processing spacial information came up today, and the basis was the processing of contextual geometric information(s). Making distinctions as to what should and should not be in a certain somewhere, peculiarities, anomalies, etc.. Maybe even those things that can be in a certain somewhere, but these things themselves contain embedded information that is out of place. How we process geometric information, and what “geometric” even means with respect to processing shape data and/or shaped information.

Let's break out to elaborate
^Hotknife / Time to Party (Original Mix)^
You may recognize this shape

But what about this variant?

Now, before I go too much further, those two images have some very specific meaning(s). One appears to mean “Jesus Freak”, and the other appears to mean “Semi-Woke Jesus Freak”. I would imagine the second is an “answer”…

to this shape

Or maybe this shape

The first image gave us a base of geometric understanding…

and things mutated

and evolved

from there

So with respect to processing information, it’s prolly not just/only a matter of learning to make a distinction between known and unknown. We need to make considerations for uncertainty, irregularity, one-off(s), intentionals, unintentuals, mutative/change(s), all kinds of strangeness(es), and of course…time(s).

What does any of that have to do with processing shape information and/or shaped information? I dunno. Guess it depends on what you are looking at/for, and why. Maybe also what you are not looking at/for and why. Yeah…prolly both of those.

Just a matter of time(s)

^3/10 Lollercoaster – Melleefresh vs. deadmau5 @ Traffik, Montreal, 25-11-2006^

Lets say that you are looking at a planet, and you are looking for signs of life.

Where to start?

Mirrors? Mirrors suck. What you personally see in the mirror on a daily basis is in no way, shape or form anything like life. Certainly not representative of life as a whole. Just you and your whole life. You aren’t the center of the universe.

Where was I?

Oh yeah, looking for life on another planet. Nothing good going on here on Earth/Terra, so we gotta look elsewhere. With that in mind, chances are good that you are looking for something foreign to this planet. But what would that look like? When was the last time you went walking in an open field, completely unfettered, unhinged, and totally off the hook?

Have you ever?

Don’t get too reliant upon that television if you don’t have to. That thing misses a lot of nuance. Shaped information. Only so much you can see because whatever you are watching has passed through many filters before getting to you. Maybe you aren’t thinking correctly with respect to searching for something that doesn’t appear to be there. Maybe it’s there, and you just aren’t seeing it. Or hearing it. Or feeling it.

^Saltwater (Original) by Chicane^

Hey, I’m just trying to maybe get you to think about how you think, and especially as thinking relates to the processing of geometric shapes. Might keep you safe if you’re running naked through a field, and the shape of a bus suddenly appears in your FOV. If the bus-shape is blurry, stop running. If the bus-shape/image stays blurry, you might want to take evasive action/start running away from this shape.

Don’t ask me what in the fuck a bus in doing in the middle of a field. There’s a naked person running through this field, so this particular field appears to be a field that attracts some weird shit.

Is a looping echo of charitable sentiments indicative of a failure of past benevolent processes? Perhaps even an indication that no real attempts have been made to permanently resolve the need for a certain philanthropic something? I’ll give an example of what I’m thinking here…

The United Way raised $21,700 in its first year of operation. The year? 1887.

The United Way raised $3.919 billion in 2018 (fiscal year ended June 2019).

That's an increase of 18,059,907% in 132 years

Now, adjusted for inflation, that 1887 money is supposedly $586,491.61 in 2019 dollars. But I have to wonder what 2019 dollars will be valued at in the year 2151, which is 132 years from now. Did some reading, and the US GDP was $12.6 billion in 1887, which means that one single US charity in 2018CE raised around 1/3 of the entire country’s 1887CE GDP. Let’s see what $3.919 billion was worth in 1887.

$105,919,844,315.79

Is it possible that $3.919 billion in today’s money is going to be worth almost $106 billion in 2151CE? I have no idea, and I guess it would depend on who you ask. Don’t ask anyone from a local church or anyone from Extinction Rebellion. Pretty sure they’re all convinced everyone and everything will be dead in 2151CE. Oh, and to add some additional perspective to those numbers, the current US President is said to have a net worth of around $3.1 billion as of March 2019CE.

Well this is quite the eye opener. I only recently was pondering/wrote about arrays of aircraft because of some things that I saw back in 2013 and again in 2015, but I had no idea “they” were actually doing it. Makes sense that they are tho.

After watching the video below, it’s no fucking wonder that the UFO community has been shitting their pants lately. Trying to stay on the radar. Trying to stay relevant.

Things are about to get muddier in that area

There actually wasn’t much at all on YouTube under “drone array”. In fact, pretty much nothing. There was a light show, and that swarm one above, and synchronized drone show, and MICRO DRONES KILLER ARMS ROBOTS – AUTONOMOUS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, and drone flight over the Very Large Array, a mention of a drone tracking array, but only one mention of “array” with respect to drones.

Hrm...

Why is it that arrays of drones don’t seem to be referred to as “drone arrays”?

Also, on the vid about the drone tracking array, I noticed in the description that they

“had difficulty getting the DJI drones to work at 5.8 GHz”.

Someone only recently asked me about “5G” and what it is. But somewhat off on that topic, I’m wondering if maybe some military projects are lagging a bit, and maybe that’s why cell providers are having fits with getting “upgraded” to 5G? As far as I know, 4G is still a pipe dream, and it was “introduced” in 2009. Gotta get the important stuff out of that/those band(s), and at the same time make sure you remain well-entrenched in that band so you can keep track of who is doing what. Lots of data is pumping through the lower bands already, and I can imagine that cresting each band can be a challenge. Especially if you are simultaneously trying to monitor anyone who is cresting bands above your own capabilities.

*Fair enough…*

The short answer is ‘Yes’ and as to why, perhaps an example of ‘meaningful coincidence’ may be helpful in this regard, Dear Reader. It happened today, in fact whilst I was writing this post. I’ll describe in bullet point form:

  • I am currently on a long weekend from work, which I booked off back in the summer because the date coincides with the deadline for submissions to Underdog Anthology 9;

  • Thoughtful Man had other ideas and planned on hiring a skip, so that I could spend part of my long weekend clearing the accumulated crap from the garden this weekend;

  • Boo! I was not looking forward to clearing the crap from the garden;

  • Earlier this week Thoughtful had to spend the skip money on emergency reupholstery on back seat of his taxi;

  • Yay! I didn’t have to spend time this weekend removing the crap from the garden;

  • Yesterday a skip appeared on our next door neighbour’s drive;

  • Thoughtful Man comes home from work this afternoon, whilst I am writing this post, and tells me that our next door neighbour had just offered us use of his skip;

  • The garden is cleared and its accumulated crap is now sitting in next door neighbour’s skip.

Didn’t get the job – got the rejection email earlier. No big deal really – been turned down and/or ignored for prolly a thousand jobs over the past few years. But this one I was qualified for somewhat, and, I aced the typing test. 40 wpm average with a 98.5% accuracy on a 5 minute typing test ain’t that bad, especially for someone who typically doesn’t type by sight. In fact, I never type by sight. Like read something, and type it at the same time. I’m quite impressed with my typing test result. That’s no mean feat.

(me being impressed with myself)

Aphasia

Don't ask why I put that there
^DIE KRUPPS ~ Schmutzfabrik^

SO! What’s up over in Merovee land, eh? Was not my intent to kick a hornet’s nest. Just trying to understand what’s being said. Cade is not known for being the sharpest knife in the drawer, and it’s kinda nice to know where he stands.

^Front 242 – Rhythm of Time (Victor the Cleaner)^

From a learning standpoint, how did I just refer to myself? Would that be considered 2nd person? 4th person? Did some reading, and everything on this seems to center around pronouns, but I referred to myself by name.

AH HA!

Illeism

So yeah...3rd person

I guess in order to refer to yourself in the 4th person, you need both 1st and 3rd person. Wait…didn’t I do that? I used both “Cade” and “he”.

^Jump – Funkatarium^

How long until Trump spins his anti-e-cig/fake news crap as a trap. That’s what I’m wondering. Like, some kind of double-cross to “expose” fake news sources…

maybe?

Was reading Leg Iron’s latest post, and it really got me to thinking that PT will likely spin it. He’ll have to, assuming the “fake news” angle actually sticks. Where in the fuck did this vaping legislation even come from? Talk about coming from left-field, I woulda been less shocked if to hear that the President was introducing legislation that limited the number of toilet paper sheets citizens could use when wiping their butts. Not to mention, the limited reading that I’ve done is indicative that this is a regional problem. Meaning, the state in question should deal with it, not the Federal government. Something else is going on here, and I don’t think it has anything to do with THC, black market products or even vaping.

^Front 242 – Happiness (Dance Mix By Underworld)^

Kind of a holdover thought from the previous missive, but have you ever been somewhat submerged in water, had something float up next to you, you tried to push it away, and it winds up floating even closer to you? Or you try and pick it up from underneath the water, but it runs away from your hand? Or you try and distance your entire body from it, but it follows you? That’s kinda what I was thinking with respect to a body moving through a space, how to identify other bodies, and how to know how to react to those bodies without becoming unnecessarily entangled with those bodies because of your actions. I was thinking more about inorganic kinds of things, but these concepts aren’t much different in a lot of cases than dealing with organics. Like swatting at a wasp is likely to just irritate the fuck out of it. Same could be said of a leaf in a pool of water.

Less-destructive/non-destructive travel

That’s what I’m thinking of. To relate, the reason that supersonic travel is out, is because it’s destructive as hell. Commercial passenger parabolic space travel isn’t going to be much better. To relate even further, I just looked up some figures for SpaceX’s Falcon rockets.

For Falcon 9: 156.1 ± 4.9 dB (unweighted) at 125 ft.

For Falcon Heavy: 160.9 ± 4.9 dB (unweighted) at 125 ft.

Now, to put that in perspective. Like, those numbers… they need some perspective. Wanna come along?

It's gonna get loud
^Finitribe ‘We Have Come’^

As you can see, @ 156.1 and 160.9 decibels, the Falcon 9 and Falcon 9 Heavy rockets are hip deep in the intolerable pool. I think a shotgun blast is around 140 decibels, most commercial aircraft are around 130 decibels, and anything around those numbers and above is where the pain thresholds lay. So if we’re gonna have commercial parabolic space travel carting your tubby ass from Dallas to London in 30 minutes, let’s see what the locals are going to have to deal with.

Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is the world’s fourth busiest airport, offering nearly 1850 flights per day and serving 64 million passengers a year.’

Source = Google – 12 September 2019 @16:22

Now, at 1,850 flights per day for a single airport (D/FW), we kinda need to know what the average passenger load for commercial aircraft is.

What is the average amount of passengers on a plane?

Those numbers look reasonable to me, and it’s something we really need to consider seeing as how, currently, rockets can’t even carry a single person, let alone hundreds. But to be fair, parabolic space flight is likely not the smartest of options for someone traveling from Dallas to Austin or even Dallas to New York. It’s unlikely that 1,850 rockets are going to be blasting off from D/FW each day, so let’s get a bead on the number of international flights that leave from the Metroplex.

Overall, DFW Airport has service to 223 destinations, including 56 international and 167 destinations within the United States. Fifteen of the 27 passenger airlines that serve DFW are foreign-flagged, and 12 are domestic.’

Source = Google – 12 September 2019 @ 16:27

That doesn’t tell us much, but some further reading implies that there are 30 flights per week from D/FW to London area airports, which means an average of 4.2 flights per day.

Q: Could we handle 4 rocket launches per day in this area?

A: ???

No idea, and that’s only the London service. Glass sales are going to go through the fucking roof.

^Skinny Puppy – Tin Omen^

What is the cost effectiveness of devising a system for aircraft that could avoid a bird? What about a system that could avoid an insect? Is that overkill? Altering the course of a 200/300 ton jet just to avoid a mosquito? Especially a mosquito.

Those things suck
^A Split Second – Flesh (Full 12″ Version) (Official video)^

Maybe there’s a balance in the quanta that we are missing. Some something in the ether that knows when and where we are being sloppy as fuck, and maybe where we need to improve in certain areas in order to advance in other areas. Like say… oh, I dunno… maybe in order to increase a certain medical treatment from 30.6% effectiveness to 45.9% effectiveness, all it takes is a reduction of 5% in the number of plants killed by herbicides. That energy has to come from somewhere right? It’s gotta go somewhere too, and there has to be some kind of sustainable something to get it there.

^symphonix – everything you want^

How much of a reduction in life you figure it takes before there’s an implication that life is no longer needed and/or no longer wanted here on our planet. You think it possible that there are solar/galactic/universal audit trails? If so, prolly going to be a lot more audit trails nested in there. Almost like Synthetic CDO’s that are based upon and travel from to and through some base structures. Damn, that sounds like a logistical nightmare. Boy…I sure hope there are some folks thinking in streams like these. Our administration costs could skyrocket if we aren’t somewhat prepared for administratives like that.

^Anne Clark – Our Darkness^

Speaking of being wordy, ever heard of this?

Neurasthenia

Me either. Damn interesting tho. Sounds like Van Deusen and Beard were at odds as to exactly what the root cause of this condition was, but it seems they were in agreement that it was related to some kind of detachment or dissociative something. REALLY interesting that it was associated with “anyone who lives within the monetary system” and also a “culture-bound syndrome”. No fucking wonder the condition has been deprecated, redacted and/or relegated to the footnotes. Can’t have people thinking that society and/or monetary systems can make you sick. This was all going on in the big fucking middle of the Industrial Revolution too. Ya think maybe people were lamenting days gone by? Developing a hate for the future via a really fucking nasty and confusing present?

Nah. Unpossible

Google Says a Change in Its Algorithm Will Highlight ‘Original Reporting’

First Trump appears to kowtow to fake news, and not a day later, Google is changing their algorithm to give precedence to “whoever gets there first”? Are you really trying to tell me that news reporting agencies and media groups aren’t completely inundated with moles and informers who get paid to steal stories/information prior to publication so the competition can scoop them? Not only that, did Google really just throw it’s hat into the peer-reviewed and/or authentication/validation ring? Whoever appears first in the results is authentic/genuine?

Fuckin-a…and I thought I was an idiot for spending my days pondering time-travel and teleportation. You guys are fucking morons. Of course, thinking about it now, there is a flip side. Anyone engaging in journalistic thievery are going to somewhat expose themselves by rushing to print and trying to beat everyone else to publication so that Google will boost them in the rankings. It’ll take some time for all that to shake out tho. Could be a lot of heads roll. I take my earlier thoughts back Google. Well played.

(maybe)
^Nothing in the Sun – Ceremony^

Thinking about that now, there is another downside tho. This could potentially give basically “data monopolies” to certain publishers. I write about all kinds of stuff that I hear in “the news”. Am I no longer allowed to write about it? This kinda smacks of broadcast news back in the 1970s and maybe 1980s. You get the story, or you don’t. If you beat the competition to a story? They may not bother reporting on the story at all.

But yeah, I’m wondering as to what exactly will constitute “originality” within the scope of specific events. Not only that, but how are you going to handle those common courtesy types of references. Like, where USA Today will start off a story with “The New York Times is reporting that…”? Especially when the story devolves to “But CNN has reported that…”.

How you gonna handle shit like that?

In cases like that, the story has become the story itself and the stories themselves, and an entirely new story has emerged as a result of the original reporting on…whatever in the fuck they’re reporting on. Anyway, I would think a purveyor of information (Google) is not going to be able to retain your illusory image of non-bias with a change like this. May as well go ahead an clutter up the empty space on that main Google page with paid advertisements and other bullshit. The cloak of your plain-covered wrapper advertising an unbiased Google is completely blown.

A face like mine

What kind of eyewear would best compliment a face like mine. The only thing that I could come up with that might better compliment my face, is a welding mask. I wonder if they make those welding masks with a prescription-strength glass.

^Billy Idol- Flesh for Fantasy (lyric video)^

Sometimes, there just isn’t enough to talk about in order to accommodate all the images I stumble across. I am wondering how your week was.

Yeah...you

How the fuck are you? All of this bullshit is pointless without you, and I have a concern for your well-being. Kind of a passive concern, also a clueless concern, but a concern nonetheless. Been watching a lot of compilation videos lately of road ragers, and you are likely out in that mess day after day. Gotta be rough. Seems like the slightest of things will set someone off, and mistakes on the roadways are strictly taboo. No margins for error. No margins at all based on what I’ve been seeing. I wonder if there are people who get in their cars or on the motorcycles or whatever, and get out on the roadways for the specific purpose of finding someone to get pissed off at.

May wanna keep an eye out for pricks like that
^Lords Of Acid – Take Control^

Speaking of these videos that I’ve been watching, some of the “UK Road Rage” videos are pretty funny, some are downright depressing, but there seems to be an overall theme as to establishing who is right/wrong in a given situation. Like, actively pursuing justice in real time. No court, no judge, no jury, no law…have this out, right fucking here, right fucking now.

This isn’t endemic to just and only the UK, but on watching these videos, I woulda assumed that British drivers would be a tad more friendly, and MUCH more forgiving than drivers in America. Small roads, narrow roads, close quarters, lots of twists and turns, lots of intercepts and crossings, few lanes, and MANY more types of vehicles operating in the same environment, not mention lots of pedestrians. Seems like you’d almost have to be a friendly and forgiving person to survive in such an environment.

That appears to not be the case. What really stands out tho? The curses. I’ve watched enough of these vids now to kinda get the feeling that the first word(s) out of a driver’s mouth on the video is indicative of where that person is from.

Upon watching vid after vid, trends began to appear. I could only assume that people from a certain area have more of a propensity to respond a certain way, or call someone a certain something, based on the regional dialect. “Bellend” was the one that kinda got me to thinking, as it appeared that maybe people in the northern regions were more apt to use this word first. Not that I am an expert in British accents, but I do try and keep my ears open/be mindful of them. Was also kinda surprised that the use of “bollocks” is rare in these vids. Did hear it a few times tho. Anyway, just thought that language thing was kinda interesting.

Right click the link, copy image address, go here, paste the link address in the box, upload the image, and tinker with the speeds to your heart’s content. I’m gonna warn you in advance tho, that one does not speed up well. Speed seemed to cap for me at about 1000%. I’m sure an image with less frames would do better, and at 120 frames total, that image is a shade beefy.

Which reminds me, anyone else notice all the “asteroid” and “asteroid close approach” news lately? It’s been almost daily for several weeks now. Is someone trying to tell us in a roundabout way that some new NEO tracking system has come online and it’s now not only being used, but being used to great effect? If so, I can only imagine how much bad news is ahead, and not just and only the operating costs. Guess I could search for press releases regarding any new tracking systems, but it just seems weird that some new asteroid is in the news almost every goddamn day.

Weird things are strange
^OMC – How Bizarre^

Is it just me? Or do we have a discrepancy between this and this?

Thought maybe I’d be clever and see if there was a song named 137, or maybe a song centered around 137, but found those tones instead. Listened to the first to see how clear it was, then checked the second to see how clear it was, and immediately noticed there was a discrepancy between the two. Wanna see how bad it is? Do this:

  • Open the first video in one tab, pause it, then open the second video in a second tab and pause it as well.
  • Once you have both vids open, start playing the first vid, pop over to the other tab and start playing the second vid.
  • You should hear some oscillation with both vids playing at the same time.

If you wanna play further, open that second link in a tab, then open this in another tab. You’ll get a similar oscillation, but it’ll be different because one is a sine wave, and the other is a square wave, whereas the first two were both sine waves.
