Hello again. I just sent part duce over to Roob, it’s currently 02:16 in the AM where I am, and I gotta admit that upon reading Part I of this mess, I noticed a few things in my writing. Roob’s formatting was it’s usual joy to see, and her own additions we really cool, but in a few places, it was just damn obvious where I drifted and/or just completely abandoned a particular thought.
Now, this is normally not uncommon for me to do. Leaving blanks for you to fill in on your own is just something I try to do in my writing. Not really difficult since most of my writing is pretty blank to begin with. But there was a thought or two in that first missive that I just flat out didn’t address that I should have.

I gotta admit that there’s a bit of irony in two of these items that were passed along to me. On the one hand you’ve got people who are trying to eliminate religious experiences, and on the other hand you’ve got people trying to create it.
When thinking about the FUNVAX, I kinda touched on the fact that you need ways to block it/prevent it or whatever, and you’d also need to identify how to turn it off that which you turned on. So it is possible that a meshing of these two concepts of elimination on the one hand, and encouraging on the other, could actually be an attempt to modify “the religious experience” completely? Meaning, make your own special blend of religious experience that caters specifically to your needs. And I’m talking about the tinkers who are messing with this stuff.
Roob brought those two concepts up in conversation last night. Basically, garnering pleasure from seeing others suffer, OR perhaps some naughty pleasures about your own station being a shade better than it would be were you elsewhere. So along these lines of creating experiences, maybe the people creating these things get their rocks off by seeing people lost and/or confused. They achieve this by creating uncommon and perhaps even unwanted experiences in someone else’s life.

Over the past coupla years, I’ve regained some feeling in my limbs that has been absent since I was a kid. I admit that it is a strange sensation, and I personally would even consider it scary most of the time. I know for the most part the events that led up to me losing sensation in a particular area, but why the feeling is returning?
A mystery. One I’ve been chasing for several years now. And yeah, the feeling itself is scary. I adapted to not having feeling in a certain area of my body, which was a scary process, so I guess it only natural that I would need to adapt to suddenly having feeling in areas where previously there were none, which is also a scary process.

Standing outside late at night, staring at the sky, pondering all manner of things, when a clear and sharp thought comes into focus in my mind. Suddenly, at the same moment as the clarity of mind arrives, and as if to somehow accentuate the point…

The next thing that I was asked to look up/investigate was a story that “they” are going door to door in NY giving everyone Measles shots, and you will be fined $1,000 on the spot for refusing the shot. This immediately rang a bell as something I’d heard before. That said, there was no distinction as to what “NY” referred to, so I immediately assumed NYC since most people who do not live in New York tend to associate “NY” with NYC, and forget about the rest of the state and the 12 million people that live there.
So NYC, 8 million people, door to door, in a city that does indeed have a fuckton of doors, but not many houses. Like, single-family residences. Not to mention that NYC has loads of places that social workers giving shots are likely to not be real thrilled about going to.

Are we talking Rubella? Or Rubeola? At the time of this writing, Google is telling me that “measles” is extremely rare at less than 1,000 cases reported per year, and I assume this number is US only. A search for “measles worldwide” reflects that yep, 10 million reported cases worldwide yearly. The US ain’t doing too bad. What in the FUCK could possibly be going on in NY that somewhere between 8 and 19 million people in that city/state need to be forcibly given vaccines? Is there a difference between a first time vaccine and a booster?

Speaking of sound, by yet another weird trick of fate, the following video just appeared on my YouTube feed. It’s not very long, but what really sticks out to me is the interference between electronic devices. This video was shot in 2001, so video technology was as such that filters were unlikely to have been built in to the recording device to deal with the types of power that it was encountering basically at the source of transmission. As such, you can actually hear a lot of the stuff that you are getting bombed with, all day, every day, and prolly have been for most of your life. And to point out, yes, electronic devices do interfere with each other. A state of war has existed from the start with these machines we build.

But what I am thinking about here with respect to “old/new” is topicality and/or being topical. Anything that I write about probably needs to be somewhat current in order for you to have any sort of interest in reading what it is that I am chasing. So to start off with on the topic of “perception”, let’s lay some groundwork by me passing along to you a video that was just passed along to me.
For this exercise, we’ll be heading over to The Pentagon, and see what was supposedly cooking with The US Department of Defense and their contractors back in 2005…a shade over 14 years ago. Supposedly, some someone developed some something called FUNVAX, and I submit for your consideration, the video below.

Any perceptions on that? Sounds pretty sinister to me. Scary even. But let me qualify my statement by saying that by 0:16 into the video, I was already skeptical as fuck. Nothing about this video seems genuine. Not to mention that what was described in the video sounds like the entire premise for the movie Serenity, which I’m pretty sure came out around the same time this video is said to have been made.
But let me go ahead and tell you what my immediate perception on this video was…internal governmental training film. A film made by the government for their own internal use. A training film. Show this film to employees, see what they think of it. It’d be a great way to demonstrate what “your government” does/does not participate in. Teach your employees how to tame their own passions on a path to establishing the validity of a certain something.
FUNVAX? FUNVAX where “FUN” = Fundamental?

The name itself screams “govern your passions”. But here is what I did after I watched the video and established that 1) it’s “fake”, and 2) it was likely created as some kind of training film. The look of the film also has an air of “student film project”:
The fact that it jumps into the lecture in progress?
The fact that the on-screen encoding is either fucking HUGE and/or shoved into the screen center?
The fact that the room is damn near empty + all male + the room itself looks like a college lecture room + looks like a coupla security guards are attending?
The fact that the presenter is interrupted at the start of the video and also several times after in a video that is barely over 4 minutes long?
The fact that the speaker doesn’t seem to know what in the hell they are talking about?
I could go on listing things that I saw wrong with this video, but I’ll go ahead and suggest that we look up FUNVAX instead. The second Google search result caught my eye immediately….
Fuckin-A…even the Snopes article references the Serenity movie, and Snopes appears to have gotten their hands on this FUNVAX back in 2015. That’s a full 10 years after this FUNVAX was supposedly developed.
Let me tell you something else that caught my eye upon being given this video to watch. It was posted to YouTube on May 3rd of 2019 which was last Friday. I viewed it late Monday night, the video only had about 300 views at that time, today is Wednesday May 8th, and the video at 11:42 am has 3,124 views + 315 likes, 2 dislikes, and 138 comments. So what I’m doing at this point is a search on YouTube to see how popular “FUNVAX” is on YouTube itself, and fuck yeah…

Here’s the thing with stuff like this…any “vaccine” like this is going to require an antidote of some kind. But not even an antidote, a blocker. Some something that makes it not work in the first place. An inoculation. A vaccination vaccine…if you will.

In this case, “the blocker” would be the natural state of the system and the brain, so countermeasures would (to me anyway) seem to be impossible. This parity type bit they are talking about in the video that exists in the genetic code? I’d imagine makes for a discriminator in this area of the brain which they are talking about requires in order to function properly. It sounds as though what is being described is basically taking a binary system and changing the I/O to a permanent unary state. Before being exposed to “FUNVAX”, you could or could not have “religious experiences”, this area of the brain discriminates as to whether you are/are not having a religious experience, and after exposure to this “vaccine” you cannot have religious experiences by removing the “am” variable.

So yeah, if you who have developed and deployed this weapon become exposed to it yourself, there will be no victory celebrations because any desire for elation will be nullified as no state of euphoria can exist. But here’s another twist to consider with respect to why a blocker of some kind is improbable. If those who previously identified as being an “am/am not” type of experiencer are flipped to a permanent “am not” state, it is likely that there would be “a naturally occurring” reaction in those not exposed to the vaccine which would flip their own discriminators to set a permanent “am” bit.

You may be able to bang your 14 year old cousin in one community, but not another. As such, if it’s not OK to talk to someone’s fiance in one community, chances are that rules and regulations will eventually be put into place that transcends these e-barriers that we now seem to enjoy. Yeah, I’m thinking sexting or cybering or whatever it is called. Been thinking about this concept for quite some time, and wondering what trouble someone in Suffolk County Massachusetts could get into for talking nasty with someone in Cass County North Dakota while on the phone or computer.
Suffolk Country may have community standards about certain sexual activities that Cass County does not have, and the Suffolk County District Attorney may have their eyes on prosecuting a case that gets them in the running for a Federal posting…

Some time back, I saw a story about Great Britain asking the USA for permission to serve warrants within US territories. I can’t find the article, but I seem to recall this request centered around finance. Maybe it was The UK was asking permission to serve eviction notices? Can’t remember, but I picked up on it seemed to be a probing type maneuver to see what power banks had and with whom, which meant that there was a power that someone wanted, and they needed to see how to get it.
It struck me that if the banks could wrangle a way to do this and basically circumvent US law (which includes state, county and local laws as well as federal), that foreign governments would likely want to use this as an avenue for diplomacy. Meaning, a way to keep foreign influence(s), we’ll say, from impacting local standards.
Miguel is in Spain, and his wife has been cybering with some dude in New Mexico, USA. Miguel wants to get his hands around the neck of this dude that is virtual fucking his wife from America, but can’t unless he travels there, and now he’s just going to wind up in American prison for assault or murder or conspiracy to commit bodily harm or whatever. Too much trouble. Fortunately, Miguel is a mover and shaker within INTERPOL, and gets an idea that if adultery is illegal in Spain, it should be illegal via any and all channels that cross Spanish borders.
This American dude’s virtual dick is crossing the Spanish border, and his wife is willingly accepting it into her virtual orifice of choice, hence, adultery. And that adultery dog just don’t hunt in these parts. Not for women anyway.
Q: You really think it is a stretch that a foreign government is going to go to such lengths to enforce community standards that may not be applicable?
A: Duh? That's their fucking job. That's what they do. Legislate, enforce, judge.
It’s their job to do this shit, and they can’t justify their job if they aren’t dreaming up new ways to stay in business. Lucky for you, the wild fucking west of community standards enforcement, is on the virtual horizon(s).

You really think it an accident that The USA puts forth the idea of a new Space Force in the same week the The UK declares an environmental emergency?
