A Fourth Turning Tale – Green Landing In The UK Reign

Dear Reader, I’ve had some further thoughts on when this current Fourth/Winter/Crisis Turning started. To briefly recap:

  • The Kelly Green Colour Revolution – lays out why his whole Turning has been comprised of a great, big colour revolution, a Kelly (meaning ‘War’) Green one that probably commence in 1999, much earlier than the 2005 start date forecast by the authors of ‘The Fourth Turning’;

  • Pick Your Poison – looks at one specific ‘green’ aspect of the colour revolution; to wit, sickness and poison. It must be remembered that ‘The Fourth Turning’ is an Anglo-American historical pattern, and the British Empire has form in the deployment of drugs to wage war and fill its coffers…

*I listened to that yesterday. The British totally ‘poisoned’ the diplomacy before WW2, making it inevitable. That was in the previous Fourth Turning/Winter/Crisis. Like, I said, Clicky, the British Empire has form…*

*’Think mirror’ is a Q phrase, Clicky… /lights up and smokes… ’79 and ’97. Not to mention the importance put on ‘dog comms’ by the counter-revolutionaries…*

Dear Reader, my thinking now is that this Fourth/Winter/Crisis Turning started in 1997. Why? Well…

*No shit, Clicky! The book was published in 1997! I wasn’t even thinking of that…*

*Oh, that’s why the authors got the start date wrong…*

  • 1997 was the start of the industrialised Eco-bollocks (Green), with the global adoption of the Kyoto Protocol…

*They made it into a play?! ‘Cos play’s the thing’ innit …/rolls eyes…*

  • 1997 saw Labour finally get elected back into power in the UK with the Politics Of Envy (Green) after rebranding themselves as ‘New’ (youth/Green) Labour…

*It was in their manifesto, for fuck’s sake… /taps ash…*

  • 1997 was the start of the ‘Dot Com’ bubble that collapsed in 2000, which dealt a double Green whammy, involving both money & computers;

  • On the 9th and 11th of May 1997 respectively, the first genetically-modified three parent baby was born and a computer beat a human at a chess match series for the first time…

*Two years before the Matrix introduced us to the desert of the real. Kinda spooky…*

*Did he call it a ‘revolutionary’ album? …/stubs butt… Released May 21st 1997. Busy month, May, but then its birthstone is the emerald…*

  • Princess Diana and her muslim (Green) lover died unexpectedly in the Land of Frogs. A ritual sacrifice if ever there was one, and one that weaponised empathy and elevated the importance of feelings over rationality (mental sickness/Green);

  • The Heaven’ Gate cult (mental sickness/Green) committed mass suicide after not being able to trans (Green) due to the aliens (little Green men) failing to show up…

So, Dear Reader, if 1997 was the starting year of our Fourth/winter/Crisis Turning, then it is 29 years old and getting rather long in the tooth now. They’re only meant to last 20 – 25 years but perhaps this one is compensating for the one previous to the last Fourth Turning, which only lasted five years according to the authors of the book, due to the untimely death of the US President… in a theatre… because ‘the play’s the thing!’…

*Perhaps ours would have ended last year if Trump hadn’t moved his head when he did… /shivers…*

… I don’t think there can be very much longer left to this Fourth/Winter/Crisis Turning. For a start, the British Empire is now threatening the US over Greenland…

*I know! Who could have seen that coming?*

… And it’s teaming up with its own legion of Frogs to defend its beloved UK reign…

In the 1980s Cox was keyboard player with the rock band Dare.[26] He studied physics at the University of Manchester, where he joined D:Ream,[27] a group that had several hits in the UK charts, including the number one, “Things Can Only Get Better“,[28] later used as a New Labour election anthem.

I dunno… /shrugs… maybe it’s also that toothy grin, easy charm… that utter self-belief…

In the months following Labour’s 1997 election victory, referendums were held in Scotland and Wales regarding devolution.

Oh look, they held referendums. I don’t remember there being a clamor to re-run or ignore the results because some objected to the result… Have a Song 😉
