If the subject is plural then so must the object – or something like that.
It has been many years, many, many years since I was taught proper English and French grammar. And many years since it was normal for people to use it.
Aaand, Shirley, renaming the NHS as the NH ASS has to be a premature April First report. Even funnier / more appropriate for our transatlantic cousins.
