  1. Ya know, after thinking about it for a bit, the term “Artificial Intelligence” has suddenly taken on a whole new meaning. Experiential, referential, experiential referential, and…naught? Nothing? Void? The difference between dictated behavior (referential), experiencing behavior, behavior resultant of experience, and experienced behavior(s). I mean, IQ tests were sketchy to begin with, but in my mind, they just went out the fucking window. They were always supposed to be a measure of “one’s ability to learn” anyway, and not really a measure of intelligence or smarts. Something to assist “special needs” on a different side of the spectrum.

    But thinking about the programmed and programming angles of intelligence now with these new thoughts? What we can learn and why? Le yikes. Experience has always been a biggie, but I’m gonna have to stew on this one a bit. No fucking wonder brain plasticity and elasticity seem to behave in the ways they do and at the times that they do. And Dementia? Alzheimer’s? Maybe even Parkinson’s and some other shit I’m to shaken to even think of right now?

    Suddenly can’t tell if the concepts of right and wrong (my own) are collapsing around and within me, or they are simply adjusting to a new paradigm. Both possibilities are kinda unsettling.

      1. Yes, I have. I am actually a Senior Moderator on the best Forum this case has ever had. Not an easy task if one wishes to be unbiased, which I try to be.

        Innocent Until Proven Guilty is what I wholeheartedly believe in. Such a pity that Kate and Gerry McCann were not afforded the same courtesy by so many. So I genuinely don’t know if this Convicted Arsehole is responsible.

        I never mention any of this on My Blog and wasn’t ever going to. But one or two of The Forumites picked up on My Blog and now wait with bated breath for me to say something inappropriate. It ain’t going to happen.

        I continue to hope that Madeleine McCann is alive and unharmed.
