What TV programme is that from?

A wee gem of a series called “Chewin’ the fat.” Chewing the fat means being involved in idle conversation, or gossip. I do not know if it is an expression used outside of Scotland.
Another good series was “The High Life.” . Which Alan Cumming would rather forget now that he is a Serious Aact-tor.
