  1. Blocking the exit(s) of a subway station? If nothing else it’s dangerous as fuck because trapped animals and/or panicked animals have a propensity to get tunnel vision and it doesn’t matter WHAT they do, as long as they do something. Maybe that’s what the officials wanted?
